3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 0l99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 0l99 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladesh bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum single deposit is ৳200.
Deposits
Deposits are credited to your 0l99 account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 0l99 does not charge deposit fees, though your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own standard transaction charges. Withdrawals

4. Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements
0l99 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the promotion and the general conditions set out below.
- Bonuses are credited to your bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be transferred to your main balance or withdrawn.

- Any form of collusion with other players to unfairly influence the outcome of a game or betting market.

- Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the platform software to gain an unfair advantage in any game or financial transaction.

0l99 may share information regarding suspected fraudulent or criminal activity with relevant law enforcement authorities and financial regulators in Bangladesh and, where applicable, internationally.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
0l99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) we reasonably believe a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur; (b) we are required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority; (c) we detect activity that suggests fraud, money laundering, or abuse of our bonus system; or (d) the player fails to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting 0l99 support via live chat. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your last-used payment method, provided all withdrawal conditions have been met. Bonus balances and associated winnings are forfeited upon account closure unless the applicable wagering requirement has already been completed.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the 0l99 platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, icons, text, images, audio clips, and the overall design and layout, is the intellectual property of 0l99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. 9. Limitation of Liability

0l99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 0l99 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 0l99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
